2 GREEN CHILLI-FINELY CHOPPED,
CHAT MASALA-1 TEASPOON,
SALT TO TASTE
1 TEASPOON-FINLY CHOPPED RAW MANGO
1 BOILED POTATO-CHOOPED
CHUTNEY-1}SWEET CHUTNEY-
200 grams dates
100 grams tamarind
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin seed powder
1/4 teaspoon black salt
salt to taste,sugar
dates r tamarind r seed r bar kore 1 hr jol a soak kore rakhte hobe,tarpor gas sim kore boiled korte hobe baki sob add kore ghono hole namate hobe,
2}GREEN CHUTNEY-half cup chopped mint leaves,
1 cup chopped coriander
1 large onion, sliced
juice of 1 to 2 lemons
1 tablespoon sugar
4 to 6 green chillies
salt to taste
sob aksathe grind kore alpo jol diye paste baniye nite hobe.
CHUTNEY FREEZE A REKHE DITE PARO,JOTOTA LAGBE BHELPURI TE ANDAZ MOTO USE KORBE.
METHOD-sob upokoron aksathe mix kore salt,chutney tast anujayi add kore serve koro,serve korar somoy upor theke seu choriye dite paro.
