PUCHKA[PANI PURI]

PURI R JONNYO:1 cup suji,3 tblespoon maida,1/4 tsp baking powder,white oil for deep fry,water,salt.

oil chara r sob jinis mix kore akta soft dough banate hobe,oi dough take 20-30 mins akta wet cotton cloth diye cover kore rakhte hobe,then khub choto choto ball baniye choto choto luchir moto bele deep fry korte hobe,thanda hole airtight container a rekhe dite hobe.

STUFFING R JONNYO: Boiled alu,motor,chat masala,salt,lanka mihi kore kuchano,coriander leaf,jeera guro,lime juice valo kore mix kore rakhte hobe.

PUCHKAR JOL[PANI] R JONNYO:
ami 2 rokom jol banai- 1}doi r jol:tok doir jol valo kore mix kore tate chat masala,salt,alpo sugar diye tate ice cube diye rakhte hobe.

2}tentul r jol:tentul jol a soak kore rakhte hobe.tarpor ota sugar,salt add kore boiled kore thanda korte hobe,ota chili-coriander leaf-mouri r paste add kore ice cube diye rakhte hobe.


akta plat a puchkar modhye stuffing diye,2 to bowl a 2 rokom jol diye serve korte hobe.
