KADAI PAKORI


: For pakora: onion chopped, besan, green chilli chopped, dhone pata chopped, salt to taste.For kadhi: yoghurt, haldi powder, sugar, salt, pinch of besan, curry leaves, methi, sorse, pinch of hing, whole red chilli, ghee, red chilli powder.Preperation: Pakora:prothome 1ti patre besan gule tarmoddhe chopped onion, chopped green chilli, chopped dhone pata ar poriman moto nun diye valo kore fetiye nite hobe. Ebare koraite tel diye chotto chotto pakora veje nite hobe.Kadhi: prothome yoghurt take valo kore fetiye niye ermoddhe samanno haldi powder, chini, 1 tsp moto besan ar olpo nun diye valo kore misiye nite hobe. Ebare koraite tel dite hobe. Tel gorom hole er moddhe curry leaves, whole red chilli, pinch of hing, sorse, methi foron dite hobe
Sundor gondho berole ermoddhe 1 cup moto jol diye dite hobe. Jol ta futte suru korle ermoddhe age theke fetiye rakha yoghurt ta dhele dite hobe. Ektu nere nite hobe. Futte suru korle nun jodi aro ektu dite lage diye ermoddhe age theke veje rakha pakora gulo diye dite hobe. Ektu futlei namiye nite hobe. Ebare 1ti spoon e 1 tsp ghee gorom kore tar moddhe 1 tsp red chilli powder diye ektu gorom kore niye oita kadhir moddhe dhele dite hobe. Now kadhi pakori is ready.
