CHICKEN CHETTINAD



Ingredients:


1kg Chicken ,cut into 10 pieces2 tsp Poppy seeds ,1/2 Grated coconut 1 tsp Coriander seeds 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds 6-8 no. Whole red chilies 1" stick Cinnamon 3 no. Green cardamom 2 no. Cloves1/2 tsp Turmeric powder1 no. Onion, large2 tsp Ginger, chopped2 tsp Garlic, chopped 1/2 Star anise1 tsp Red chili powder 3 no. Tomatoes, medium1 no. Lemon10-12 no. Curry leavesFresh coriander Garnish.1/2 cup Oil Salt To Taste
HOW TO COOK-Chicken ta oiled kore rakhte hobe.

kadai a tel gorom kore curry pata phron diye onion r tomato fry korte hobe,then salt,halud ,red chili powder diye chicken ta diye mix korte hobe.5 mins cook korte hobe.
then paste masala ta diye mix korte hobe,valo kore fry hoye ranna theke oil berole alpo jol r lime juice diye dhaka diye cook korte hobe
tarpor dry hole coriander leaves diye serve korte hobe with rice or polau or roti.
